WORKPLACE SECURED BY 2D SCANNER
The design includes a universal robot console with interchangeable racks, which can be attached to most common machining centres. A 2D floor scanner ensures operational safety. The solution is suitable where the operator frequently manipulates parts, checks the operation of the CNC machine and changes machining parameters. Can also be installed as a mobile workstation. Easy access to the CNC machine is at the expense of the space requirements of the protection zones, which typically occupy > 2 m from the robot arm.
FENCED WORKPLACE
Compact design, usually designed to suit the specific application, with space for setting up semi-finished products, technology pieces, NOK box, measuring control station, etc.
